1.         Boil one healthy marimo until red

2.         Make sure it is fully cooked by sticking a finger in

3.         Slather on a good quantity on extra virgin olive oil

4.         Add a mikan flavoured navigator

5.         Leave to simmer for 10 minutes

6.         Introduce a good helping of meaty flavoured captain

7.         Stuff captain with fresh ruffles and breadcrumbs

8.         Roll in a spicy taste of longnose

9.         Smoke for 20 minutes with a vanilla flower

10.        Add a dash of coke

11.        A pinch of medicinal restorative

12.        Introduce stock of excellent afro quality

13.        Stir with many hands

14.        Throw in a first-class chef and watch it boil over.

 

Ladle into deep dish bowl

Best served flambé style and with whipped cream
