A/N: The situation I had for this idea was a lot higher than PG, so I’ll let your imagination work. Burn baby, burn.

He had to wonder if it was really worth it; worth the trouble and the humiliation he was currently being put through.

 

He had to wonder, after all was said and done, if maybe he would have preferred to have left it as it was. He could take pain. His life was – mostly voluntarily – filled with it.

 

So he had to wonder, as he stood bared to the world and allowed Chopper to shove a needle the size of Franky’s arm into his ass, that maybe – just maybe – leaving it alone would have been better than this.
